Help me build a Vista complaint system.

Hello everyone.

I am 14 years old. I am from Bangalore.

I am on the verge of getting a new computer for Christmas. This is going to be my first computer.

My budget is 35,000 to 40,000 maximum. I want Microsoft Vista to run on my system.

I need everything from scratch.

Mouse and Keyboard.
Cabinet and Power Supply.
Mainboard.
Processor. (AMD 64 or AM2 or Intel Core 2 Duo) Which should I go for?
HDD.
RAM.
Monitor. (17 inch LCD or 19 inch CRT) Which should I go for?

Please suggest the best companies/brands/manufacturers and also...........

Can anyone give me the best configaration for my budget.

Is graphics card a real necessity if i want to connect a LCD monitor and get a better display.

If you want to run a LCD via DVI then you need a gfx carfd...but anyways you need a card for Vista
