Exclamation Help!!


My PC shuts down suddenly when I am working on it. When I try to restart it immidiately, nothing happens. However, if I try after a few hours it works.
Please help.

Type sysdm.cpl in RUN dialog box and goto Advanced tab.
Click on Settings button in Startup & Recovery section.
Now disable the option Automatically Restart.

Now if the problem occurs again, u can see BSOD instead of the system restart.
And then post the information here

apart from above solution check your CPU/mobo temperature, on over heating the comp may be shutting down & restarting.

If u come up with more specifications like ur os version,type of mother board,size and type of RAM as well as hard disk..may be we can solve your problem....gud luck.
