Question RAM playing Game

hi guys

i have a serious problem
i am using 256 DDR RAM with 333 Mhz bus speed

when i start my pc, in boot screen it show 256 mb, 320Mhz speed
even in Bios it show only 320Mhz Not 333Mhz

can anybody suggect where is the problem, in Ram module or mainboard or other
hardware failure

i am using windows xp pro with sp2

My hardware configuration is -->
Intel 865 gbf motherboard
Intel Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz with HT support processor
intel extream onboard grabhic
seagate 40GB harddisk
samsung combo drive
creative sblive 5.1de soundcard

What is your FSB?? I mean at what FSB are you running at....make sure you are running at the default FSB...

Try using applications like
CPUZ
Everest
to get the FSB of your ram

Did u anytime in ur life played with the setting of the Ram in your BIOS....
Did u overclocked your processor

sam what r u asking about mainboard FSB or Ram If RAM then i confirm u that i use its defoult FSB no changeg made by me
