My PC freezes, in the middle... out of Blue!!!

I suspect my network card, bcoz everytime my PC boots... it takes ages for network connection menu to load.

By the way, i took my sound card out... my AGP card... and everything!!!

I check my RAM... and HD and all!!!

Is there any way, i can check my PC ? any diagnostic tool ? like a suite or something, that will check my IRQ conflict and all ?

Ur operating System ?? Ram ?? Background Softwares...

When was the last time you made a scan for viruses, threats, spyware..
is here any specific aplication on which the PC freezes...

i have like... changed OS, 3 times... and each time same PROB !!!

anyways im sure it's Network card thing... cause, i removed it... and not a single freeze !!!

Then i pop it in... and it's like "welcome back"

anyways, i need the network card, cause i connect to the NET, with it... so any thing i can do ?

HELP !!!

the card is "TENDA TEL8139D based ethernet adapter"
