You can get a Zebronics one for 400Rs.. BUT a Gamepad is Essentially useless without the Analog Controllers..
You CANNOT play games with just the "+" Directional Pad. Do Checkout Zebronics ZEB - 50JP It has Dual Analog Controllers and Vibration Feedback. And Do Mind that, you can sacrifice the Force Feedback.. It Gets boring and annoying after a while.. and For Fact, Force Feedback in PS3's Gamepad is Removed too!
