Lightbulb DVD writing speed


Won't there be further improvements in the writing speeds of DVDs as compared to that of CDs.???

it might be a bottle neck just like the 52x barrier for CDs

I use cheap writex media, they are reliable and good quality but works best at 4x speed. It takes around 15 min to burn a dvd. But no problems thus far.
