Compare mobo URGENT

I hve choosed two mobo's for my AMD Athlon 64 754 pin processor based on nvidia 6100 chipset. Plz help me to descide which one to go for.
They are

1) Asus - K8N-VM - http://www.asus.com/products4.aspx?l1=3&l2=14&l3=245&model=952&modelme nu=1

2) MSI - K8NGM-V - http://www.msi.com.tw/program/produc...il.php?UID=701

There is only one diffrence in the both mobo's ASUS one uses a ADI sound while MSI uses Realtek. Plz help me. It's URGENt

Asus - K8N-VM is better,,,,

But its better to get a 3000+ 939 for 3100 bucks and a ASUS A8N-VM.......

OK. Then plz suggest me a cheapest configuration based on AM2 socket and nVidia/ATI onboard graphics and RAM on which I can play current games on atleast min. details.
Plz quote the prices.
