Amd Sempron 64 Bit 3200+ Or Athlon 64 3200+ 939 Socket

I need ur help again I thought why to buy an agp card I should upgrade my pc from intel to amd but my budget is limited so I had only two choice sempron 64 3000+, 3200+ or athlon 64 3000+, 3200+ which should I buy my range is around ** Rs.5500 ** for processor+motherboard so I also want a mobo which has inbuild graphics and of nvidia or ati chipsets . So can u tell me which motherboards I should buy and are avilable in Delhi and what could be the price of processors and motherboards please tell me friends I'll be waiting for ur reply will my single side ddr400 ram work o that mobo or I've to buy a new on please reply soon. i would suggest get a second hand amd 3200+(939).......(processor doesnt get bad easily...and last really long...so take into consideration).......
and for mobo there is 1 with inbuild graphics.......frm msi get that...ifu have agp card than make sureu get agp based mobo.....

ram wont b a problem whether its ss or ds........but 256mb looks quite less sell that and get 512mb one atlest

5500 is a little low...
But if u get a 7.5k.......then get a 3000+ 3000 bucks....and a A8N-VM...for 4k..
And if u go for a used.....get a 3500+ for 3k...A8N-VM for 3k...

But I think I should buy a New Sempron 64 bit 3200+ and the mobo will be approx to Rs. 5000-6000 is it ok will sempron 64 bit run more efficiently and better then my current cel. 2.53 and will amd support all softwares like photoshop, linux, video eding, microsoft's all software please tell me what should I do.
