Default suggest a solution for this pc upgrade

hi guys i currently have an amd athlon 2600 processor, asus a7v8xmx motherboard and ddr 384 mb of ram.i was having trouble with this mobo initially onwards.i have already got it repaired three times since it was bought.(its now 2 years old)there is one more year of warranty left.recently my mobo has started to behave strangely again.it fails to detect one ram module(one particular slot)and sometimes wont boot at all..
so i am thinking of replacing the mobo.what should i do??go for a new mobo or new mobo with processor and ram??suggest your opinions and also do suggest the model no too.cheers.........

Upgrade ... The cheapest would be a 3000+ with a A8N VM CSM with atleast 512 MB ram

Hmm you can go in for a new Mobo and New Procc. You can get the AM2 based one but then you'll have to change your RAM to DDR2 or else get the Socket 939 based AMD which soon will be phased out.The Choice is yours !!
