Default Why is the 667MHz DDR2 RAM running at 533MHz?

I just got a brand new Mobo- "ASRock ConRoe945G DVI". This Mobo supports 667 MHz RAM. I have also got 512MB*2 of DDR2 667MHz RAM. But it is running only at 533. I checked this in the BIOS. This shows choices for 400MHz but not for 667MHz. I have a feeling i will have to play around with the voltage or something in the BIOS to bring out that option. I have checked the manual and it clearly shows that option should have been there with 400 and 533.
Also i have intel 2.66 GHz 64bit processor. This has FSB of 533MHz. has this got something to do with this?
__________
C'mon guys, help out. I know you can think of something.
__________
I am waiting. Someone, somewhere has got to help me with this. C'mon.

RAM is synchronized to CPU FSB. Use memory divider 667 so that RAM runs at 667 with CPU at 533.

Do you think it will be beneficial? I mean, won't the Proccy bottleneck the RAM? On the other hand, i think even 1 GB of DDR2 RAM is insufficient as my system constantly uses around 200-250 MB of paging file. Why does this happen? Would this be happening if my CPU is the bottleneck?

what OS are u using Plus what Softwares are on autostart/Services
i mean paging file is used when your ram goes full.
1GB ddr2 is more than Suff. dissable paging file
