server based computing for an internet

does server based computing reduce the cost of seting up an internet cafe

before thinking of this i was planning to buy 20 pcs at 20,000 Rs each
will buying a server reduce my investment......

server,thin clients,monitor,keyboard,mouse what else do i need.........

if it cheaper please suggest me a server..

Ofcourse would be cheaper but not much and you will have lots of trouble too, the only thing you will save is HDD !
Not a good deal now a days bcz things are changing fast.
