Suggest Upgradation

My friend wants to buy a new Mobo , Proccesor, 512 Mb ram and a low end graphics card. Plz. suggest some options. His budget is 20000.He will use it mainly 4 some gaming but dont want high graphics effect.I suggested an AMD machine. PLEASE HELP ME

less than 1GB RAM = no gaming

AMD 64 s939/AM2 3000 - 3000+/3500+-

Asus A8N E/MSI quality AM2 mobo 5500/

2 X 512MB DDR 400/DDR2 667 - 5000/4500

Geforce 7600GS - 6500

Will your PSU etc do?
