updating bios

hello friends ,

I am a school student and i am having little idea about bios and i need to know how to find my bios version and to update without any problem
mine is Intel pentium processor p4

Goto Motherboard site and get the updated bios from there and instruction must be with that package.

Beware.. dont' do it untill you donno it. !
