it is very difficult to get a SD RAM now that too 256 MB.....if u get it also....it will cost u mor than a DDR RAM....try in some forums ......may be som1 is selling his old memory...

I would recommend purchasing 2 128 MB SD RAM modules instead of 1 256 MB module because of price difference. A 128 MB module costs around 700 whereas a 256 MB module costs around 1500 (as per http://www.computerwarehousepricelis...list.asp?ctg=4 and http://deltapage.com/). These sites are for offices in Bangalore and Madras respectively, but the former has an online purchase facility.
