problem with 102 intel chipset

config is 102 chipset on intel MB,2.66 pentium D dual core, 512 DDR2 RAM Kingston, 80 GB SATA Seagate HDD, HP Combo and HP DVD Writer, Pinnacle TV Capture card,Problem is the DVD writer does not read cd/dvd, tried it alone, all jumper settings, took out everything, all cards, DVD writer still does not work, dvd combo works fine, have tried other brand of DVD writers too same problem, help..Capt Shailendra, Srinagar
