Default PC Hang

Dear Frnds. I am using Intel P4, 1.7GHz assembled PC. 512 MB RAM and 40GB Hard Disk. For last one and half month I am facing a serious problem with my PC. When I start my PC it runs well for first 5 to 6 minutes and then it got hanged up. No keys and mouse pointer works. I have to reboot the PC again and again after 5 to 6 minutes again it hangs. So I initially thought may be its a motherboard problem. But if I dissassembled the CPU and keeping its components outside the cabinet I make all the connection seperatly then my PC runs normal. Again if I put the motherboard Harddisk and other components inside the CAbinet and start the PC same problem as before. I tried many times this way and always it runs normally outside the Cabinet. So please help me what to do with this problem. I am using Windows 98 SE as my OS.

Thanking you,

Suman
