Need Help in Sony DVD writer DRU-810a

hi friends anyone can tell me what is the problem with my dvd writer it can read all DVDs and cds but why it cant play some DVD movies and some DVD games, is this happening with all buyers of this writer or is there any problem with my writer pls reply me fast

I am having the same drive for the last 11 months and it never showed any problem reading or writing/writing/playing CDs/DVDs.

This happens, I have had problems with certain DVD's as well, however I also have a DVD-Rom, so any disk which does not run in the DVD-Rom i use it in the DVD-RW and vice-versa.
