Unhappy Monitor Problem

Hi frnds,
I've LG Flatron 17" CRT monitor which is 2 yrs old... it was working fine for all these days.. but i recently noticed that it's having some problem. There appear some kind of lines while refreshing.. i.e while clicking mouse or opening any application or drive etc, Can anyone figure out anything...???? Reloading windows still proved failure...I've installed its driver provided...
