combo drive trouble

hey guys i have a problem with my sony crx320e combo drive.

sometimes it dont recognize dual layer dvd

june digit dual layer dvd is not detected at all every time i put it into the drive

it dont give any error message,it simply dont show anything and gives drive empty

in case of pcworld dual layer dvd sometimes it detect and sometimes it dont

so plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me

I Had A Samsung Combo and mine also did not recognize DVD's.I had it serviced and the guy said that the laser was damaged. If your drive is still under warranty you might try & get it serviced. Hope your problem solves.
