Exclamation upgrade


hi everyone

i have 8x agp card, intel 865 mother board, p4 2.4 and SATA 80GB HDD.
the board is giving some problems so i wanna change the board. can u suggest a board that will support my existing CPU and AGP card and SATA HDD
if i have to upgrade and keep the same AGP card can u suggest a new board and CPU combination in 12k.
if i have to upgrade and keep the same CPU can u suggest a new board and graphics card combination in 10k
amps is offline

u have not mentioned ur processor's socket! is it lga775??

915 + p4 2.66 (with HT & EM64T)............less than 10k

if u dont have a ok agp card like 6600gt/6800/6800gt/.. then it is preferable to change ur gfx card+mobo+cpu , otherwise just go and change ur mobo and save money.

Intel 865 supports only socket 478 processors.
