Instead of Asus A8N-VM, go for K8NGM2-FID. It's got better reviews.
and i don't think Transcend 2GB will cost 8000. RAM is getting costlier each day

In this budget you can't expect to get both a dual core and game, only one of the two is possible.

I suggest u opt for DDR2 platforms as DDR will be phased out in near future and then you will have same problems like u have getting RDRAM...and for DDR2 I prefer 800 MHZ RAM....it may be bit costly right now, but what you can do is opt for 512MB DDR2 right now and later upgrade to 1 GB of DDR2 @ 800 MHz.

Get the lowest dual core..ie 3800+ along with A8NE board. For graphics, get a 7300GTfor 5.5k. It performs equal to a 7600GS nd is almost 2k less expensive. If u want a gud brand like ASUS or XFX it would cost u 6k, but then also its worth it.

r u sure P5B Deluxe is 10k ? ... when asked it was around 15k
