assembling super gaming rig:help needed

i'm an assembling a gaming rig with a total budget of $1000.my other resources are:
i)access to nearly every computer part in the world
ii)pretty low prices so you can add an extra 10k to my budget,monitor is of high importance

I dont think 1000$ translates into to a super gaming rig. At most you can get a 7600gt with P4 3 ghz dual core on A8N mobo.

Whatever you do get atleast:
1950Pro
or 1800XT 512mb
or 1900XT 512 if possible

get atleast 2gb ddr2 667 or more ram and E6300
