ADSL Light Went Off...

Im usin..DATA one 900 UL .....Since 1 month...

Im facin...Sum problem since 15 dayzzz

Wen ever Light Goes off....My ADSL light Will be off..But Modem in Still on...even though i connect Modem wit UPS Still...But My system still runin...

So temme wht 2 do ..

im USin...DSL 502T modem....

that means the modem is getting reset.either ur UPS switching is not fast enought or ur Modem adapter is going bad.

donno but wen lite went off Modem Lite is ON but only...ADSL Will be Off..

as i said ut modem is getting reseted by power faliure.

when a ips switches there is power outtage for a few microseconds.
that resets teh modem

read ut adapter. output voltage will be writen on it. tell me if it is DC or AC then i can help.

the best thing would be to try with a spare adapter.
