Samsung CD RW problems!!!

Hello friends,
I have a Samsung CD RW and a LiteOn DVD ROM. I installed DVD ROM about 2 yrs after installing the CD RW. But from then onwards whenever I open my Samsung CD RW, after closing it comes out by itself many times. I have to close it again and again until it stops coming out. Can you help me solve this problem? Is it a hardware or software problem?

Its a hardware problem which exists with ALL samsung drives. Cant do much about it.
