troubleshooter Apprentice Join Date: Nov 2003 Posts: 90	DVD Writer not reading I have a Sony DVD R/RW DRU 810A bought 6-8 months back. The problem is it is detected by my BIOS, by Windows XP. It ejects when i press on the context menu, but whenever I insert a CD or a DVD into the drive it does not get detected. I also tried upgarding the firmware but it still does not work. Please someone help me.
