pc hangs and reboot!!! :(

hi,
i have a p4 2.4 ghz and intel 845 moherboard..my computer hangs a lot and even restarts automatically...after restart or when i do a manual restart when it freezes i dont get any response from cpu..the monitor led just flickers no beeps to say whether post was ok or not

i even got replaced my SMPS,Moherboard and Ram but the problem is still unsolved please do help me...i m fed up of this problem...plzzzzzzzzzzz help me

I feel its an overheat issue, check the temp in the bios and see if they are normal (Max around 60)

Always open the cabinet so that cpu couldn't hot.

i tried opening my cabinet but it still does not work...now my pc even does not boot...monitor light just flickers and pc does not startup...what to do noe

I think u have to check Memory module on friends comp.Also remove Memory stick & rub it's golden ends with Eraser 4 that u have 2 open the Cabinet.
If u purchase new memory moduls yhen pls check It's compatibility with ur MB ( go to the MB's Website ) nowadays SDRAM ( DDR 400 - 184 pins r common)
