Default which is better upgrade option??

i am having following configuration at present
intel P4 2.26 ghz , 533 MHz FSB
256 mb DDR (266 mhz) RAM
intel 845 chipset No agp slot
which of the following upgrade option is best for me(budeget 12K):

1) i change my mobo to intel 865 with 8X slot and get a 256 mb 6800 GT or XT

2) Intel - 915 P4-LGA 2.8 GHz 800MHz, 4MB,LGA and Intel D102GGc mobo

3)DUAL Core AMD X2 - 3800 939 Socket and ASUS A8N-VM mobo

i am just a casual gamer and play at 800x600 resolution at medium settings ,pls tell me which is best option (it should run all the games)
also tell me if other options are possible in this budget.

No point in getting a mobo with only AGP support, so 865 is out. Now out of the other two choices go for the last one (no. 3). Dual core may not be supported by many application/games at present, but it surely is going to be in future, so get the X2.
Other than that I wud suggest u upgrade ur RAM to minimum of 512MB (400MHz). If u cud get 1GB ram in Dual mode (512*2) then the setup wud be great.
