Problems on Samsung 740N display

checkout this pic. its bmp 800kb. its a screen capture of the alternate blue colours on Orkut scrapbooks. on one of the colours theres problem.



ive set my Samsung 740N at 32 bit color and it is displaying some colours very weirdly, like some interferance. i just bought my screen yesterday. when i set the colours at 16bit the display becomes fine. my mobo A8N VM, inbuilt Nvidia.

what could be the problem ?

I have a 740N too... this monitor is optimised for 1280x1024 32bit 60hz ... set it for this and check it out.

Also try with a press of the Auto button of the monitor which is next to the Power button.

now there seems to be no problem with display ! even at 75hz 1280x1024.

oh crap man! the problem started again.

i tried setting refresh rate at 60hz, but the problem still persisted.it only goes away when i colour to 16bit.

any help ?
