well i wanted to buy a dvd rom for myself, and my friend told me that sony is the better one. so i wanted to enquire a lill more and also i have been hearing a lot about blue ray disc are the drives currently available in the market and if so are they expensive

its a sony ......... good 1 been using for some time no problems ..... sony>lg ..... never buy samsung roms they suck..... blu ray not in indian market .... expensive i hv heard they are but for blu ray u need blu ray discs there is nothing these days on blu ray discs

as far as DVD Roms are concerned...Liteon is the king

LITE ON .. what else .. sony is nothing but lite on rebadge ..
