Well 1k budget is very tricky for a keyboard. When it comes to input devices, I only prefer Logitech or Microsoft. They are worth it and others have no comparison what so ever in the ergonomics. Microsoft keyboards come with a 'Comfort Curve' layout. Which although needs some getting used to - its a nice layout. The higher end models cost more than 5k but there is a Comfort Curve 2000 variant around 1.2k budget. The multimedia keys can be programmed using the Intellipoint software.

Mircrosoft Internet Keyboard
Microsoft Multimedia Keyboard

Both should be below 1k, especially the first one which should be below Rs.500
