Tv tuner card probs

I bought a supercom tv tuner card . The problem is when i record a vedio it doesnot record the sound of the vedio. why
how can i solve this problem

in my pinnacle tv tuner card, horizontal lines are coming, when i view the channels...how can i solve this problem? anybody had experience in this. plz help.

In Volume Control setting select 'Line-in' for recording. By default it is set to Mic. Your problem will be solved.
