Default got optical drive errors H-E-L-P


well , my dvd is not detecting any thing whether it is a movie cd, data cd anything . I think its head became dirty ? or do u people suggest anything else . nw what to do ? but it is basically new .....just 3 months old ???/?


which is the best & most efficient way to clean it?

Looks like the lens has accumulated lot of dust. So the lens needs to be cleaned.
There are lens cleaners available on the market. If you don't know how to do it, it's
better a qualified technician does it for you.
