Please suggest me from the following the best motherboard for Athlon 3000+....

Gigabyte GA-K8N51PVMT-9 nForce 430
Asus A8N-VM CSM GeForce 6150
MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum NF4 Ultra 200
Asus A8N-E
K8N Neo4-FI (PCB 1.0)

for graphics, sound and price (I dont want SLI).

You have written "for graphics, sound and price"
Does that mean you want onboard graphics or not? Because some of the mobo's listed don't have onboard graphics.
Anyways, if you want onboard graphics nothing beats the Asus A8N-VM CSM GeForce 6150. If you don't want onboard graphics, get the Asus A8N-E.

Yeah, I meant on board graphics.

Anyway what is the advantage of A8N E over Asus A8N-VM CSM GeForce 6150 because the price of the former is higher than the latter.

Another thing what are prices of the above mobos in kolkata.

ASUS A8N-E does not have an IGP...and is a little expensive.....than ASUS A8N VM CSM.....it has a IGP and .....the IGP 6150 is quite good....infact the one of the best IGPs around for that amount of money......u can play all games at low-mid setings....
