Exclamation Strange Problem of display card

I recently baught a generic ATI chipset PCI VGA card with TV out.
My MB is Intel 915GV

After i installed the card I am able to connect my TV to the CPU but when starting XP the system restarts during the boot process.

However the system starts only in safe mode with no drivers ie no sound or graphics !!

What should i do??

Please respond soon

Thanks..

Looks like some incompatibility problems. Check whether there are any device conflicts. Disconnect the TV and
try booting XP normally. Check whether the driversfor the card are installed properly. Have you installed Service
Packs for XP? Always report what error message you get on the screen. So that it's easy for others
to help you.
