AMD 3500+ & ASUS A8Ne }should be under 15k
Kingston/Corsair/Transcend 1 GB DDR RAm @ 400 Mhz
Creative 5.1 speakers.
Sorry, no idea about cabinets

PS: If u wanna save some money to invest in gfx card or more RAM, buy AMD 3200+ or 3000+.

I bought few weeks back AMD 64 Athlon 3200+ and ASUS A8n-E for 13,100 at Nehru Place. 512 MB x 2 of kingston DDR 400 RAM cost me around 4400.

If you could wait few months then I think you can get AM2 processors from AMD at much cheaper rate and they support DDR2 memory.

There isnt any significant advantage that AM2 holds over 939. DDR2 ram comes with very high latencies, so their wont be much performance difference unless u get some low latency memoriies like Corsair Gold which is damn costly.
But if there isnt any hurry, then u may wait for AM2 motherboards and proccies to be freely available in india.
