Question SATA , non sata HDD connectivity

one query :: i had non SATA hdd samsung 40 gb 7200 rpm , can i use sata or sata 2 hdd with the old hard drive simultaneosly i.e. on other IDE ?????

No you cannot. But if you have a moderm Mobo supporting bothe IDE and SATA, you can use both.

Huh ?? Yes u can .. if ur mobo has a PATA slot .. then u can .. and mobo's have it coz otheerwise ur CD/DVD RW would be a bit useless ...
