How about setting up one with the Intel Viiv technology?

Intel ViiV would be too costly for an entry level HTPC.

Its better to go for a tv tuner from Compro, a decent 5.1 Speaker system(Logitech X-530), a DVD-ROM or RW and atleast 512MB of RAM. Your HTPC is ready to rock.

Shovik.
