I used the flshmenu app provided by Abit. BUT it says it cannot find my mobo in its database online.....

I need a new BIOS as i want some new features in the BIOS... like wakeup timer....

PS: flashmenu can also update BIOS from file.... so where do i get the correct file????

ok i found this BIOS image....

ok i get the image file when i extract it from this thing.....

so now how do i confirm that this IS the thing i need?
and really how can i trust it to be the correct version to flash it!?
