Please tell me if this CPU supports the 64bit mobo MSI K8MM-V

hay there isnt any such thing as 64bit mobo, rather Mobo which suppports a 64bit processor... and about the board u said... yup it will support Socket 754 Sempron.... one more thing, this board is on AGP 8x which may cause problem later on if u want to add up some grfx card...
