I get connected to internet but i cannot browse

I use dail up when i connect to internet every thing is ok and when i open iternet explorer or opera and type www.google.com it stops when i see my recieved data is 223 the same i have no firewall i have no spywares or any thing i gave full system scan there no Visrus or spyware can any one help me...

hey Dude....Ur internet connection from ur server is not Active....meaning they have problems...its not u..by the way are u using NETONE
