WinDVR Query

hi all,
I am unable to see any channel with the new TV Tuner card i have baught.
I am using WinDVR for capturing and viewing videos from TV.
Kindly help me.

Tell me which tv tuner
Install drivers, change the settings as told on ur manual.
Try christv lite if nothing works. google it to dload

I have Techcom TV Tuner card (SSD-TV-811). Its a USB TV Tuner.
I have connected the USB cable at the USB port of TV tuner and computer.
There is a line out port on TV tuner which i have connected to the port where my speakers were connected (I have disconnected the speakers).
Now i when scan for channels using WinDVR then no channel gets detected. I have selected the source as "TV" and Standard as "PAL_B" in the settings of WinDVR.
