Smile Power Surge !


Today when I connected my Cannon s200sp USB printer to my cabinets front usb port for printing .I am getting a pop up message that "A USB device has exceeded power limits of its USB"

and when I connected my frnds USB mobile then also same message popped but it was automatically recognized by XP after some time but printer is not able to be recognized by XP.........Can some1 help me..........wat to do now !

i dunno about this but which theme are u using?
is it for stylexp or windows blind?
can u provide me its link?

did u try other usb ports??
most probabely there is a short occuring after plugging in the cable..

check the port in good light to see if any othe pins/contacts are bent/broken..


also could be due to some other usb device malfunction.. discon all usb and then try printer

Ashfame I used none of third party sftware for windows GUI customization and for that tool bar I hav used Orion theme and for edited some of the system32 file and u liked this I can upload them and give u the link..

I tried of my both of the front ports and it seems 1 of them is dead and one respond in same way but all back ports r working fine and i hav also tried for device malfunction any other tip
