Exclamation Anyone Help Plz - D865 GBF Motherboard Fails To Boot


I am facing a problem with my Computer, I hv P IV- 2.8 HT Tech. with D865GBF Motherboard, 80GB, 256DDR.

Motherboard fails to boot, no display and if boots hangs up within few minutes and sometimes gives beeps without display during boot up. I hv changed the RAM 3 times, power supply 2 times. I think the problem is with the motherboard. Its only 2 years old, still 1 yr remains for warranty. plz help me. plz. plz tell me guys....!

can u be specific with the beeps,there are different types of beeps which indicates the problem.

ex.1 if u get a long beep,the u have a faulty ram module or the ram slot might have gone.

ex2. if u get a single long beep followed by 2 short beeps then u have a faulty
video or the video card has been improperly installed.
