Question Strucks in windows mode

I own a AMD 64 3200+ processor and MSI rs480 motherboard, nvidia 6600 256mb graphics card , and zebronics lava cabinet and 512 mb ram in 2 slots. The problem is when i work above 15 to 30 min my system strucks but does not hang , its like mouse pointer strucks and even sound strucks when i set the side cooling fan of my cabinet to run, after few min the strucking stops. This things happens only when the temprature raises above 32'c is there any problem with the vent or this is due to over heating or whats the problem pls help me out...

seems to be heating.... but 32c should not be temperature where throttling starts even if enabled... which means ur mobo is reading temps either wrong or there is some other prob...

when it hangs next time, turn the power off and touch the heat sink... how hot is it??? can u touch it for few seconds or cant....

the metallic part above your processor is a heat sink where the fan is attached.
Touch with care, it can be really hot.
