Angry System Restarting

I Have P4, 2.0 Ghz,256mbram,40gbhdd.gigabyte 845motherboard.i Have Win 98 N Win 2000 Pro Installed.win 98 Works Good.but When I Log On To Win 200 Pro It Gets Restarted Always.

Might be some prob in MBR try repair WIN2000 with it's disk it will help to recover u frm ur prob

also perform "scan" of the partiton on which win2000 is installed from win98
