Hi, you can use Asus A8N-E. The only thing that will be missing there is IEEE 1394 and SLI support. And yes, it is a great overclocker. Overclocked mine to 2.43Ghz on stock cooling and stable as a rock.

See if u want an mobo which has both option (onboard video controller and PCI-E 16x gfx) then I would suggest u to go for ASUS A8N-VM CSM having NVIDIA 6150 onboard gfx.
If u want a good performing mobo without onboard gfx and non-SLI then buy ASUS A8N-E. I am using it for more then 6 months and is a great overclocker. Overclocked mine AMD64 3000+ venice (1.8GHz) to 2.7GHz with stock cooling and stable.
If u want an SLI mobo then go for ASUS A8N-SLI PREMIUM.

nForce 4, nVidia 6100, nVidia 6150, and nForce 4 Ultra
there are for diffrent chipsets not to be confused....

if u need one with integrated graphics...
ASUS A8N-VM, nVidia 6150 is a good choice...
MSI K8NGM2 is equally good

if u got a PCI-E graphics card
ASUS A8N-E based on nVidia nforce 4 Ultra is a great mobo with very good overclocking features... go for it...
