Default Where do i get HIS i845GL bios flash

My brother have a HIS i845GL The ram frequency is 266 Mhz
Will updating bios support 333 or 400 Mhz
and I cannot find video Memory in bios it is just 8 MB
I mean how do i change it?
He has 128Mb RAM.

^^ Upgrading bios will not increase RAM frequency.. And if u have just 128 MB Ram, let the shared memory be 8 MB only!

A BIOS update is not recommended unless it is necessary.In ur case it cannot support higher frequency
