Suggestions for a good rig!!!

I'll be buyin a new pc( Rather an upgrade for the monitor)

Please suggest a good price for my old rig:

P4 Prescott 2.4Ghz
Intel 865 GBF
512 MB DDR Hynix
Samsung 80 GB SATA
Ati Radeon 9600
Creative Live! 5.1 DE
Samsung DVD16x
Samsung CD Writer 52-32-52
ATX Cab with 350W SMPS + 3 fans total.

I'm planin to buy a new upgrade by may end from delhi.

Please suggest the price of the following?

1. AMD 939 64 3200+/3500+(Will the price of 3500+ fall below 10k)

2. A good 6150 chipset mobo.

3. 1 GB DDR 400 Kingston/Transcend

4. Ati Radeon 1600XT

5. Seagate 160 GB SATA II

6. Antec super lanboy

7. PSU-450W

asus a8n-vm will do fine for you..... seagate sata II i dont think so its there yet... but SATA I ofcourse there is... try hitachi 250 gb sata II hdd for urselve...... and go for powersafe 450 watt psu and save burning a hole in ur pocket........

The price of your old rig should go upto Rs.16,000.
Asus A8N-VM CSM is a very good 6150 mobo with decent graphics(Rs.3,500)
1GB of Transcend would cost you Rs.4,100
Antec Super Lanboy would set you back by Rs.6,300
Seagate 160GB SATA II would cost you Rs.5,081
ATI 1600XT 256MB has price tag of Rs.7,990
