Default RAM speed


Can anyone tell me any site or software (it better be free and small) to find out ram speed and type installed on my pc. I know it can be done throu the bios but i want to know other ways so i can know ram details of my friends pc without having to be there physically.

this will also give u read write speed benchmarks...
a bit more detailed info than cpu-z

but both are essentially the same
