Hey dude u will have to contact ur computer reseller...
Now a days all mobo gives tv out card free with the mobo free...
Any way what u can do is go to ur computer reseller and buy a tv out card which will fit behind ur cabinet. It will have either composite or s-video or both cable out. From here u can connect ur tv using appropriate cable and watch tv....

I have MSI RS 482M4-ILD Mobo with TV out connector. The TV out bracket at the back has RCA composite and S Video connectors. How do I connect to TV and what cable do I require? What is it called in common parlance and where do I buy it ?

it depends on ur TV model too
If ur having TV tht has Svideo support
then just go for Simple Both side S video cable..
Or else go for Svideo to A/V cable...
they just cost around 30 - 50 Rs...
Just go to ur computer stationary there u could find it...
